$500 Facility fee (4 hours.

$250 Cleaning Fee

$150 Host personnel to insure that your party is well coordinated.

$3.00 ea Mechanical Bull Rides (Must be 18 years or older
or with a legal guardian)
$200 Pool table usage. 9 tables (Only for private events.
Not for competition use)
$15 ea Table cloths (please call)
- $100 to hold the date which is applied
to the grand total. $100 nonrefundable if failure to complete
- 5 day guarantee to make any changes
to your event.
- 50% of the the total cost breakdown
is due 2 weeks from the scheduled event date
- Final payment to be made with credit
card or cashier check three days before the event. Company
checks may be used but we must receive full payment one
week prior to the scheduled date
- Beverages. Host or Cash Bar must be
determined by Party Host. If a Host Bar is agreed, a credit
card must be presented and given to the bartender prior
to the event starting. No exception. (Stampede coordinator
will assist)
